Acceptable Stay, Some Issues with Room Temperature

The location was perfect for city center access
The room's thermostat did not work. Staff stated management controlled the temperature. The room stayed at 27.5 degrees despite the hotel's sign indicating a maintained temperature of 19 degrees. This was frustrating. The customer service response to this issue felt dismissive for a hotel stay.

lovely hotel stay

delicious coffee chilled water thoughtful note kind gesture
The complimentary coffee corner downstairs really charmed me. The coffee machine made delicious coffee. chilled water was available to refill bottles. i also found a generous selection of pastries there! the team checked in on me via whatsapp. they left a thoughtful note and gift in my room when they saw it was my birthday. It was a kind gesture.
the balcony was a bit enclosed, so fresh air circulation wasn't great. i wouldn't really pay extra for that again.

The rooftop pool features several sun loungers. there is also a shaded section available . the hotel provides complimentary bicycles, a great way to explore the area. The reception staff readily provides maps.

excellent stay!

short walk city center great shower
the location was great for exploring. it was a short walk to the city center for shopping. the cathedral and alcázar were only ten minutes away. the staff were all very friendly. our room included a great shower.
the pool bar area operated limited hours. it was only open from 3pm friday to sunday. visiting during the week meant missing out on the pool bar.

the staff offered a warmest welcome upon arrival!!! i received a welcome glass of wine, a very nice touch. the staff were helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with any request.

excellent stay in central location

central location spacious room helpful staff
The location was excellent. I could walk to all the main attractions easily. my room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. the staff was friendly and always ready to help with directions and recommendations (i especially liked the recommendations for local restaurants).
It was a bit disruptive when i wanted to relax in my room.

rooftop bar secure luggage helpful staff
I found the rooftop bar quite convenient. i appreciated the secure luggage storage while i waited. the front desk staff was helpful with recommendations. we loved the candied almonds in the room. It was a very nice touch.
